Physical Goals:
Increase FTP to 280 watts by season openingDo light recovery runs once a week until JuneBegin and maintain a strength training program until build phase (June/July)
Racing Goals:
- Win a race
- Upgrade to Cat 3
- No DNFs with the exception of mechanicals
- Be ranked within the top 10% by season end in my category
Cross Goals 2015
This is my first season racing cross and the first season of racing in the last three years, so my goals will be pretty light. To be honest, these goals are essentially a crap shoot since I only started training again in June, so I have no idea what to expect. Next season I’ll have more complete goals.
Finish in the top half of the field at least onceFinish in the top 20 at one raceClose the time gap on the leaders throughout the season
